2. Account Creation To access PolTap, you must create an account using a valid email address.
3. User Responsibilities Users must adhere to the following rules:
No prohibited content, including but not limited to pornographic material, hate speech, or illegal content.
Respect other users and comply with applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases PolTap offers the following paid features:
Subscription Plan: 25 daily votes instead of 10 for €11.99/year or €2.49/month.
Vote Packs:
500 votes for €4.99
1000 votes for €8.99
2500 votes for €17.99
5. Refund Policy Refunds are handled directly by the App Store and Play Store in accordance with their policies.
6. Liability Disclaimer PolTap is provided "as is," and we are not responsible for any damages, service interruptions, or data loss caused by the use of our application.
7. Termination Policy Users who violate our terms, including posting prohibited content such as pornography, may be banned without notice.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
