How to participate?

Step 1: Send an abstract and register

Fill in the registration form at https://systemcoffee.pl/?lang=en&go2rej=1&kid=1548 

The abstract submission deadline is March 31th, 2024. 

The decision on acceptance of the paper proposal will be communicated by April 10th, 2024.

Step 2: Pay the conference fee

Conference fee is obligatory and might.

Standard conference fee is €150 or 670 zł.

Reduced conference fee for students is €70 or 300 zł. 

Reduced conference fee for online-only participation is €100 or 450 zł.

Conference languages

Spanish, Polish, English, Italian. 

Presentations

Participants who wish to present a communication must get registered and send the title and a summary of the communication (maximum 200 words), before 31th March 2024.

Those who want to present a virtual communication should send it before 31th of March.
