The school is intended for PhD scholars, postdocs, JRFs, and young scientists looking to learn how to collect and effectively utilize advanced SAR techniques.
If you need support, student travel grants of 500 CAD will be available for attendees who are members of IEEE GRSS. Participants will also have the opportunity to present their research projects through face-to-face discussions, enabling direct expert feedback and meaningful exchange.
The application form seeks education information, a brief motivation to join the school, and a CV. The organizing committee shall go through all nominations and select the participants. Considering logistical constraints, we are planning to have limited participants. This would also ensure maximum interactions between participants and experts.
Given this School has the ambition to move to different locations in the following years, priority in this round will be given to applicants who are living in North America. However, we expect to select also a limited number of applicants living outside North America based on qualifications.
The deadline for filling out this form is August 8, 2025. Once all applications have been received, the organizing committee will notify applicants of their status by August 22, 2025.
