Virginia maintains its voter registration list through a variety of processes. Each of those processes is described in the documents below, along with references to the section of the Code of Virginia whereby ELECT derives its authority to conduct such activities.

From these lists we transfer voters to new addresses, cancel those who have moved out of the county, and every April send registered voters a notice of registration to verify their residence and voting status.

However, if you are voting for the first time after registering to vote by mail and did not provide your driver license number, California identification number or the last four digits of your social security number on your registration form, you may be asked to show a form of identification when you go to the polls. In this case, be sure to bring identification with you to your polling place or include a copy of it with your vote-by-mail ballot. A copy of a recent utility bill, the sample ballot booklet you received from your county elections office or another document sent to you by a government agency are examples of acceptable forms of identification. Other acceptable forms of identification include your passport, driver license, official state identification card, or student identification card showing your name and photograph.

You can review the complete list of the acceptable forms of voter identification to use at a polling place when voting for the first time or call the Secretary of State's toll-free Voter Hotline at (800) 345- VOTE (8683) for more information.

Any registered voter may request a mail-in ballot. Absentee ballots can be requested by voters with disabilities or an illness that prevents them from going to their polling place on election day, or those who will be absent from their municipality on Election Day. Request forms must be received by your county election board by 5 pm on April 16, 2024.

If you don't have one of the documents listed under option 1 or a Social Security number, you can provide a photocopy of one of the following IDs with your absentee or mail-in ballot application. The photocopy must show name, a photo, and an expiration date that is current.

These files contain all available Election Day polling places and early voting sites for current and previous elections. The files include entries for each polling place in each precinct per county, including the polling place name and address. The early voting site files contain dates and hours of operation.

Absentee ballots may be returned in person to the Board of Elections during regular business hours. A secure drop box is located outside of the office main entrance for after hours drop off. Absentee Ballots may also be returned via mail or dropped off at a polling place during early voting and on election day.

The State Board of Elections provides candidate lists in several formats for voters, advocacy groups, political parties, candidates, and the public. When they are available for any election, you will find links to them on this page. Additionally, this page contains referendum lists for recent elections.

Candidate lists are available at the start of candidate filing periods and are updated daily during the filing period. To see when each PDF was generated, see the time stamp at the bottom of each PDF page. Find more information about each list type below.

As they become available, we will post lists containing referendum choices for a given election, grouped by county and referendum. The date of the last update is located on the bottom left corner of each page of the PDF.

The Somerville Elections Department oversees all local, state, and federal elections, registers voters, and keeps election-related public records, including campaign finance reports. The Department also conducts the Annual City Census. On this page, you can find information on registering to vote, find your polling place, learn how to run for office in Somerville, and more.

Somerville residents who do not return the annual City Census form sent out each January could be removed from the list of registered voters. Completing the Census within 10 days of receipt also provides proof of residence to protect your voting rights, veteran's bonus, subsidized housing, and related benefits as well as providing information for the selection of jurors.

In every election, every local voter is assigned to one of 501 polling places. To find your polling place, check the back of your Voter Information Pamphlet or use the Voter Portal. We will also post a list of polling places on this page about a month before Election Day. This list will include language and accessibility information.

Your name will only be on the roster of voters at your assigned polling place. If you go to another polling place instead, your name will not be on the roster. You can still vote a provisional ballot there, but it may not list all the contests as the ballot at your assigned polling place.

The list of current polling locations in Hamilton County is updated 60 days before an election. While most polling locations will remain the same, some changes may be necessary to continually improve voter access or precinct updates.

Use this Precinct Finder to view your current voting precinct and polling place, as well as a listing of voting districts in your precinct. You may also view your precinct-specific sample ballot and other election-related information for the next election (when available).

You can use the Voter Registration Search to find your voter status, ward, precinct, polling location, and legislative districts. To find this information by address instead of name and date of birth, please visit www.WhereDoIVoteMA.com.

with the same thinking there will be no data in the polling list because we are not going to add any to it until the customer subscribes to us via Zapier. So we have just returned the same dummy data as we have in the Sample config:

We send all fields regardless of if they have values and if they do not, we send them with a value of null. This is the case for both our trigger data as well as our polling endpoint data. However we are still getting these 2 warnings for all triggers, one stating that the polling endpoint does not match the fields in task history, and another stating the static sample does not match the history.

The polling place data on this page is for regularly scheduled Primary, General, and City/School Elections only. It is provided by county auditors through the statewide voter registration database.

In addition, a voter who does not have a valid photo ID in his or her possession at the polls shall be permitted to vote if the individual is positively identified by two election officials as a voter on the poll list who is eligible to vote and the election officials sign a sworn affidavit so stating. 006ab0faaa
