This Customs and Border Protection chart shows how low illegal immigration was when Trump left office and how much it has gone up since then while Kamala Harris was in charge of the border.
Trump had the numbers down primarily by wall repair and construction in key areas, agreements with Central American countries, and the “remain in Mexico” policy where asylum applicants had to wait until they could have a court hearing.
The Harris/Biden administration stopped construction on the wall and rescinded ~90 executive orders related to controlling the border. Harris was put in charge of the border and opened it to anyone who wanted to come into our country.
Here are some results of that policy.
At this link Harris says no terrorists have come in but
· 8 men with possible ties to ISIS who crossed our southern border were arrested
· the Border Patrol caught at least 375 illegal immigrants on the terrorist watch list and at least 99 were released into our country

President Trump has been vilified for his comments and actions regarding illegal immigration. But many Democrats have said and done the same things. In 1996 President Clinton signed the law allowing separation of children from parents who enter the country illegally. President Obama enforced that law for two terms.
In November 2019, the AP ran a story to attack President Trump citing a UN report claiming that the U.S. had over 100,000 children in migration related detention facilities, more than any other country. The story was quickly retracted when it was realized that the UN report had been in 2015 when Obama was president.

The Trump Administration stopped deadly drugs and violent criminals from flowing across our borders and into our communities.
-Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seized more than 163,000 pounds of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and fentanyl at the southern border in FY 2019.
-The United States Coast Guard seized more than 458,000 pounds of cocaine at sea in FY 2019 and referred nearly 400 suspected drug smugglers for prosecution.
-U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) seized over 1.4 million pounds of narcotics and made more than 12,000 narcotic-related arrests in FY 2019.
-Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) seized over 50,000 kilograms of methamphetamine and over 2,700 kilograms of fentanyl in FY 2019.
-CBP apprehended 976 alien gang members in FY 2019, including 464 aliens affiliated with MS-13.
-ICE HSI made over 4,000 arrests of gang members in FY 2019, including over 450 arrests of MS-13 members.

Harris attended Hastings College of Law, ranked 82nd out of 196 law schools. She failed the bar exam the first time. She has no business experience because she has always been a government employee She had the lowest approval rating ever for a Vice President (28%) and these are her accomplishments. (She likes to brag that she participated in every important decision. She never disagreed with any at the time.)
Trump attended Wharton, the top ranked business school out of 124. Since then has had more than 100,000 employees, 50+ years CEO experience in multiple businesses, where he built many of the world's finest properties, and 4 years experience as President of the United States. Trump
Most of the coverage of President Trump has created a false image of the man via countless criticisms, lies/ hoaxes, use of unfair emotionally charged terminology, and by focusing on his personality and behavior in a negative way. The Media, Academia, and Online Bias and Trump Hoaxes web pages at this site prove this. In particular the Very Fine People hoax has been used by Democrats for four years now even though Trump clearly said he was not talking about White Supremacists and Neo-Nazis. The lower right video in this clip shows him saying that.
The real Donald Trump is a successful businessman who has built many of the world’s greatest properties. For decades he has been talking about how the country needed a business-like leader and how he would solve some of the problems.
He has put himself and his family at great personal risk to become President.
As president, he did what he could for America and Americans, including keeping Americans safe and improving the lives of all Americans by creating a better economy and improving international agreements.
His personality and behavior can often be viewed in positive terms. Any perceived flaw pales in comparison to his accomplishments.
His actions indicate that he is genuinely interested in and focused on helping improve America for all Americans. His results indicate he is very good at getting that done. (See the lengthy list of accomplishments earlier on this webpage.) Considering that he had almost no Democrat support when he took office, his performance could not have been better. That’s what really counts when judging a president.
