This Privacy Policy applies to games, apps, websites, and related services or Digital Products.

This Privacy Policy explains the importance of how we use your data, how we process, use, collect, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

We understand the need to understand the new changes applicable to current and future policy updates.

- We collect basic information based on user activity when interacting with, accessing, or using our applications. These are notifications that a user has accessed our application. We do not collect any data from your phone, such as names, brands, models, or other aspects of your device.

This is not shared with any other mechanism outside of your Android system. All information is stored within the application while it is installed on your device.

We do not process any of your data, your names, or any other personal data on websites or through payment systems that automatically collect data from third parties.

- We collect certain information about you when you provide it to us directly, for example, through an email or online form, or through the support function integrated into our Services.

We do not track any activity from other applications to collect correct or accurate information.

App Interactions:

"App Interactions" refers to all the ways users interact with an application, including data input (such as tapping the screen, using the keyboard), navigating the user interface, and providing feedback to the application.

When you visit in-app products, we do not collect your information; we only collect the interactions you click on. For example, when you click "Buy," a third party automatically collects data.  For greater security when purchasing our products, you will provide us with the necessary information to process your data and be able to purchase our products. We are not responsible for sharing your data; we will only inform you about the product you consume, its billing, and other details of the SDK billing feature.

- We recognize the need to provide additional privacy protection for underage users.

- Our Services are intended for the general public over the age of 16, and therefore, children under the age of 16 (depending on the applicable jurisdiction) should not download or use our Services unless authorized by a competent authority.

- Our digital products are designed for amateur musicians and creators over the age of 18.

- They may not be suitable for children under 10 years of age because the quality of images or sounds may not be suitable for their interests and may vary depending on the interests and laws that do not apply to children.

 - However, at the same time, the materials are designed with the publisher's low and high pixel ratings, making them easy to use at any level and appealing to anyone with an interest in using them for their own taste, but in their respective ways.

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected personal information from the device of a child under the age of 16 (or otherwise, as applicable), or for any other relevant reason, please request that we delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and that you stop receiving targeted advertising.

•02.- USAGE:

"Application Data Usage" refers to the amount of data an application uses to operate, both in the background and when actively used. This includes data that the application uploads or downloads over a mobile network, Wi-Fi, or network data.

We want to inform you about the use and utilization of your data.

Our applications do not use data to save for future activities. Please note that any activity will be deleted when you uninstall it.

We only use written data provided and managed by the user. This data may include names and activities within our application.

We only use your information for your information. The types of data that are not sensitive and may be deleted for long periods of time, such as names or profiles you enter in the application, may be deleted. This data cannot be retained for future installations.

 However, we provide some real usernames, which are our responsibility and are protected by applicable laws. These are protected and may occasionally be changed based on requests from users with the right to publish on our app.

We do not use any system to upload or save your data to the cloud. We may use your mobile data or Wi-Fi network for app purposes.

Please note that any activity you create is your responsibility to use carefully.

This includes your name or other information that you may use from our services to use in other apps.

Your data is confidential only to you and is not stored within our apps.

03.- DATA STORAGE:

"Application data storage" refers to the way an application saves and manages the information it uses to operate, such as settings, user data, files, etc.

 Your data is stored only on your Android device or system.

Some of your data is stored only when you browse, save, and type in our app.

Other Storage Data:

We do not store other user data on your device.

Mobile Data: We may use some data from important online plugins that consume "mobile data" to store it on your device, taking up storage space.

Every activity you perform in our app consumes storage. Please note that each activity creates a cache, but this is not necessarily an incidental cache. This is done to monitor and improve the quality of the app with more creative features and objects stored in online usage.

For security and transparency reasons, we do not use encrypted security codes to store your information or attempt to store or track it for our own purposes.

 We may store some data from our applications. When you interact with the app, this data is part of the operation for its correct use, such as

Image files, audios, music, videos, etc.

•04.- DATA SHARING:

We currently do not share any user-created data or products or any other mechanism without first informing us for sharing in our application.

We may use and share other user data only created by our company for the purpose of making our application more exciting and creative.

We currently do not have a system that shares user data online or any other activity that shares your data with other applications or users.

•05.- User Data Security:

We currently do not store or collect high-level user data or share it with other engines or websites.

Your data generated through other apps is not affected.

And it is not mixed or read in our applications unless you use a text reader service in our applications to read certain types of text data.
