“A progressive plan which not only aims to aggressively tackle climate change but also encompasses many other issues like social justice, jobs, housing and health care”(Benardelli,2020).

• Renewable energy- “meeting 100 percent of the power demand in the United States through clean, renewable, and zero-emission energy sources” renewable energy sources currently make up about 20 percent of US energy production whereas natural gas accounts for 32 percent and coal 30 percent.

• “Working to ensure affordable access to electricity” want to reimagine the electrical grid so that reliability and efficiency can be improved upon.

• Energy efficiency- “upgrading all existing buildings in the US and building new buildings to achieve maximal energy efficiency….”

• Transportation- “ overhauling transportation systems in the united states to eliminate pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector as much as is technologically feasible”.
