High Powered Flash Light

A high powered Flash light is something that is taken for granted in self defense. But it really can help you out by disorientating your attacker. A flash light should be at least 200 Lumens to have a an effect of causing disorientation when aimed at your attackers face. The blinding light will at first cause confusion to the attacker, secondly the attacker will be slightly intimidated as he/she would not know if the flashlight is attached to a weapon such as a gun or taser or simply is a flash light.
