Poliron Gallery Privacy Policy

Poliron Gallery is a local media gallery app for viewing, organizing, selecting, editing, watermarking, and preparing photos and videos stored on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains how Poliron Gallery handles information, media files, local settings, and actions involving the transfer of content to other applications.

1. Data Collection

Poliron Gallery does not require users to create an account and does not collect user profile information.

Poliron Gallery does not collect or upload your photos, videos, captions, contacts, location information, advertising identifiers, or payment credentials to its own servers.

The current version of the app does not use advertising or analytics SDKs to collect user content and does not transmit your media files to its own servers for advertising or analytics purposes.

2. Access to Local Media Files

Poliron Gallery may request access to photos and videos stored on your device through Android permissions and system mechanisms.

This access may be used to:

• display local media files;

• select photos and videos;

• preview media;

• edit media;

• add logos and watermarks;

• prepare selected files for sharing;

• manage selected items in the publishing queue.

Your photos and videos remain on your device unless you choose to transfer them to another application or service.

3. Camera Access

If you use features that require the camera, Poliron Gallery may use Android system mechanisms to access the camera or launch the relevant camera action.

Such actions occur only when initiated by the user.

Poliron Gallery does not perform hidden background camera recording.

4. Local Editing, Logos, Watermarks, and AI Processing

Poliron Gallery provides local tools for preparing photos and videos, including image editing, logos, watermarks, background cleanup, text overlays, templates, hashtags, and presets.

These materials are processed locally on your device.

If AI background cleanup is used, the processing is performed locally using a model running on the device.

Poliron Gallery does not upload your photos, videos, logos, templates, hashtags, watermark settings, or presets to its own servers for AI processing, editing, watermarking, or background cleanup.

Poliron Gallery does not use your photos, videos, or logos to train AI models.

5. Local App Data and Settings

Poliron Gallery may store data and settings locally on your device when necessary for app functionality.

This may include:

• selected apps for publishing;

• text templates;

• hashtags;

• presets;

• logo and watermark settings;

• logos created or added by the user;

• editor settings;

• theme and language preferences;

• interface settings;

• instructions and other local app preferences.

Poliron Gallery does not upload this locally stored information to its own servers.

Local data may be modified or deleted when app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, Android performs system operations, or as a result of other actions by the user or operating system.

6. Temporary Files

While editing, preparing, or transferring photos and videos, Poliron Gallery may create temporary files in local storage or the application cache.

These files are used only for the relevant operations and may be deleted after completion, when cache or app data is cleared, when the app is uninstalled, or by Android.

7. Clipboard Use

If you enter text for sharing, Poliron Gallery may place that text into the Android clipboard to make it easier to paste into a selected third-party application.

Clipboard content is handled by Android. Depending on the Android version, keyboard, system settings, and installed applications, clipboard content may be accessible to other system components or applications in accordance with Android rules.

You should avoid placing sensitive information in the clipboard.

8. Sharing Content with Third-Party Applications

Poliron Gallery helps prepare selected photos, videos, and text for transfer to third-party applications chosen by the user.

Poliron Gallery does not perform the final publishing action on your behalf. The final action inside the third-party application remains under the user's control.

After content is transferred to a third-party application or service, it is processed according to that application's own privacy policy, terms of service, and security practices.

Poliron Gallery does not control the subsequent processing, storage, publication, or protection of content by third-party applications or services.

9. Optional Overlay / Floating Button

Poliron Gallery may offer the user the option to grant the Android system permission to display content over other applications.

This permission is used for an optional floating button that helps the user return to the publishing queue after manually completing an action in a third-party application and continue to the next step.

This feature does not allow Poliron Gallery to perform the final publishing action automatically in third-party applications.

The permission can be managed through Android system settings.

10. Audio Focus

Poliron Gallery may use Android audio focus mechanisms while features related to media playback or processing are in use.

Poliron Gallery does not use audio focus to record sound and does not collect audio data through this mechanism.

11. Google Play Billing, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Poliron Gallery may offer paid features, PRO access, or subscriptions through Google Play.

Payments are processed by Google Play. Poliron Gallery does not receive or store complete payment card information or other complete payment credentials.

To determine purchase or subscription status and provide purchased features, the app may receive technical purchase information from Google Play that is necessary to confirm access to paid functionality.

Google processes payments and payment information according to the policies and terms of Google Play and Google Payments.

12. Data Sharing and Sale

Poliron Gallery does not sell your personal data.

Poliron Gallery does not transmit your photos, videos, captions, templates, hashtags, presets, local settings, or other user content to its own servers, advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers for advertising or analytics purposes.

Content is transferred to third-party applications only as a result of a user-initiated action and according to the sharing method selected by the user.

13. Security

Poliron Gallery is designed around local media processing and minimizing unnecessary transmission of user content.

The app uses Android system mechanisms and permissions to access the functions and materials required for its operation.

Users can manage relevant permissions through Android settings.

Poliron Gallery does not create its own user accounts and does not store passwords for third-party accounts or login credentials for those accounts.

No method of local storage, electronic processing, or data transmission can guarantee absolute security.

14. Device Security and Third-Party Applications

The security of your content also depends on the condition of your device, operating system, user settings, installed applications, keyboards, clipboard, backup systems, network environment, and third-party services.

Poliron Gallery does not control the security of the operating system, third-party applications, cloud services, network environment, or other software outside Poliron Gallery itself.

If a device is compromised, modified, has elevated system privileges, is accessible to unauthorized persons, or is affected by an external vulnerability, data on the device may be exposed outside the control of Poliron Gallery.

After content is transferred to a third-party application or service, subsequent processing is governed by the policies of that third-party application or service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Poliron Gallery is not responsible for events caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Poliron Gallery, including device compromise, third-party software, or user actions.

This section does not limit any rights guaranteed to users under applicable law.

15. Security Issue Response

If we become aware of a security issue relating to Poliron Gallery itself, we will take reasonable steps to investigate it and, where appropriate, prepare a fix, application update, and related documentation.

16. Children

Poliron Gallery is not designed as an application specifically intended for children.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through our own servers.

17. Contact and Support

If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you decide to provide, such as your email address, message text, screenshots, or diagnostic information.

This information is used to respond to support requests, investigate issues, and provide assistance.
