• study of the kidneys functional state disorders on the basis of determining the glomerular filtration rate, microalbuminuria and proteinuria levels and renal blood flow parameters at different stages of chronic kidney disease;

• determination of the relationship between the components of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in renal diseases;

• investigation of the efficacy and safety of drugs in patients with chronic kidney disease in controlled clinical trials.
