Polina Kanevsky works from observation and memory in search of the unspoken drama and dark humor in scenes of urban nature and modernist architecture of Haifa and Tel Aviv. She explores color and light through painting, collage work and printmaking. Alongside plein air work, she dwells in imaginary worlds rooted in classical art references and dreams.
