TeCC ROOM RULES & TERMS OF USE
1. General Usage
1.1. All TeCC room usage must follow the official TeCC Room Usage Schedule set
1.2. Lecturers must attend the required training and orientation before using the TeCC facilities.
1.3. All teaching and learning activities must comply with the TeCC procedures and SOPs.
2. Teaching & Learning Requirements
2.1. Lecturers must implement interactive learning methods during TeCC sessions.
2.2. Group-based creative learning strategies should be practised to promote active participation.
2.3. Students are encouraged to conduct progressive presentations or reflection sessions, either individually or in groups.
2.4. Blended Learning and Flipped Classroom approaches must be applied using LMS or WEB 2.0 tools to track student progress and reflections.
2.5. All lessons must follow the Blended Learning Distribution Table (BLDT) provided by the institution.
2.6. Lecturers must prepare appropriate online learning resources (videos, PDFs, animations, scenarios, etc.) for TeCC discussions.
2.7. Users should continuously enhance digital literacy skills to support effective Teaching & Learning (PdP) in the TeCC room.
2.8. Lecturers must create a Teaching Plan focusing on TeCC activities, including the use of WEB 2.0 and gamification.
3. Equipment and Facility Care
3.1. Users must not install or alter any software, hardware, or configuration on TeCC computers without approval.
3.2. No equipment may be removed from the TeCC room without authorised permission.
3.3. All furniture (tables and chairs) must be returned to its original arrangement after use.
3.4. All equipment must be used according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided.
3.5. Any damage, malfunction, or loss—intentional or unintentional—must be reported immediately to the TeCC room supervisor.
4. Conduct & Responsibility
4.1. Users must maintain a conducive, safe, and collaborative environment at all times.
4.2. Food, drinks, and items that can damage equipment should be avoided unless otherwise permitted.
4.3. Users are responsible for ensuring that the TeCC room remains clean and organized before leaving.
4.4. Respect for shared digital and physical resources is expected from all users.
