Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the KEEP app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Royce Raspa (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use 

The Service Provider prioritizes your privacy. The core functionality of the Application—including your financial goals, "Skipped Spends," and visual grid progress—is stored entirely locally on your personal device. The Service Provider does not have access to, nor do they transmit, collect, or store this personal financial data on external servers.

When you download and use the Application, some basic, anonymized information may be collected automatically by the platform (Apple). This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

• Standard crash reports and app performance data

The Application does NOT gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-Party Access Because the Application handles In-App Purchases (the "KEEP Pro" upgrade), it utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of purchase data. The Application does not share your local financial/goal data with these providers.

• Apple (StoreKit / App Store)

The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Opt-Out Rights & Data Deletion 

Because your financial data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can stop all collection of basic analytics and permanently delete your goal and spend data simply by uninstalling the Application from your device.

Children 

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions can be taken.

Security 

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. By relying strictly on local, on-device storage for your financial data and supporting Apple's native biometric security (FaceID/TouchID), the Application ensures your data remains under your physical control.

Changes 

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of February 25, 2026.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
