Cine Arena ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Extreme Studios Group. Cine Arena is a platform for discovering, watching, and sharing student short films and poster announcements.

We collect information that users provide when using Cine Arena, including:

- Creator name, school name, and WhatsApp number when registering a creator account.

- Film information, such as title, release year, category, duration, director, cast, synopsis, cover image, trailer link, and film link.

- Poster submissions, including poster image, category, creator name, and WhatsApp number.

- Likes, views, reports, and other actions associated with a creator account.

- Information sent automatically by the app or service providers, such as device and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app.

## How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

- Create and manage creator accounts.

- Display approved films and posters in Cine Arena.

- Process content submissions, reports, likes, and view counts.

- Moderate content, prevent abuse, and enforce our rules.

- Respond to support, account, or deletion requests.

- Maintain, improve, and secure the app.

## Storage and Sharing

Creator and content data are stored using Google services, including Google Sheets and Google Drive, to operate Cine Arena. Uploaded cover images and poster images may be stored in Google Drive. We do not sell personal information.

Cine Arena uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display ads. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, app interaction, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, and improve advertising, subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the public, or to investigate fraud, abuse, copyright violations, or other violations of our rules.

## Public Content

Approved film information, poster images, creator name, school name, and content metadata may be visible to other Cine Arena users. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information in public film descriptions, posters, or other public content.

## Children and Student Creators

Cine Arena is intended for student film creators. Users who are under the age required to consent to data processing in their location should use Cine Arena with permission from a parent, guardian, or school representative. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.

## Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and content information for as long as needed to operate Cine Arena, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Users may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, moderation, or record-keeping purposes.

## Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
