This Privacy Policy explains how xSoft Global ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the SceneSafe: EMT Test Prep mobile application (the "App").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location to use the App.

a) Study data. Your answers, scores, bookmarks, study settings and progress are stored on your device so the App can show your results and readiness score. [If you add iCloud sync: This data may be synced through your private iCloud account, which we cannot access.]

b) Purchase information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive limited transaction information from Apple (such as product purchased, transaction ID and subscription status) to unlock paid features and restore purchases.

c) Usage and diagnostic data. We use [Firebase Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics — confirm SDK list] to collect anonymous usage information (for example, screens viewed, features used, app version, device model and operating system) and crash reports. This information is not linked to your identity and is used only to improve the App.

d) Notifications. If you enable study reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information above to: provide and improve the App's features; unlock and verify purchases; fix bugs and crashes; and understand which study features are most helpful.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App (Apple for purchases; [Google Firebase] for analytics and crash reporting), under their own privacy policies, or when required by law.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Study data stays on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained by our providers according to their standard retention periods. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, contact us at admin@hpgmobile.com. 

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for adults and students preparing for EMS certification. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (INCLUDING CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any right, email admin@hpgmobile.com.

7. SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date.
