Pro IPTV Stream (hereinafter "the App") is provided by NDAPP as a Free app with ad-supported features. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect or store any personal identification information from our users. However, to provide certain features, the App interacts with data in the following ways:

IPTV Credentials: To use the App, you must provide your own IPTV credentials (URL, Username, and Password). This information is stored locally on your device.

Device Sync: If you use the "Sync with other Device" feature, your playlist credentials are temporarily stored in an encrypted database (Firebase) to facilitate the transfer to your other device (e.g., your TV). This data is not linked to your personal identity and is used solely for the synchronization process.

Live Recording: The App requires access to your device's storage to save recordings of live broadcasts. These files remain on your device and are under your total control.
2. Third-Party Services

3. Log Data
In case of an error in the App, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. Content Disclaimer
Pro IPTV Stream does not provide, host, or broadcast any media or content. The App is strictly a tool (media player) for playing content provided by the user's independent IPTV provider. We are not responsible for the content accessed through the App. Users must ensure they have the legal right to view the content they import.
5. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This App does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries (like AdMob) that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
