Imudar4D+ is an educational augmented reality application created by JoyCatDev (Benamara Rafik).
The application is intended for children and families and should be used with parental or legal guardian supervision.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Imudar4D+ collects, how that information is used, and how it is protected.
Imudar4D+ is designed for children.
The application does not require users to create a personal account and does not ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, username, or password in order to access the application.
Access to the application is provided through a license code. The license code can either be entered manually or scanned using a QR code.
A limited device identifier is collected and processed for license activation and security purposes, as explained below.

Imudar4D+ collects a device identifier when the application connects to our license system.
The device identifier is transmitted to our backend service through PlayFab and is used to associate a valid license with a device.
This allows a license to be restricted to the authorized device and helps prevent unauthorized reuse or sharing of license codes.
The device identifier is:
Required for the license and access system.
Used for application functionality.
Used for security and fraud prevention.
Stored through our PlayFab backend system.
Not used for advertising or marketing.
Not sold to advertisers or other companies.
When a user enters or scans a license key, the license key is sent to our PlayFab backend so that its validity can be verified and associated with the authorized device.
The license key is used only to manage access to Imudar4D+.
Imudar4D+ uses the device camera for augmented reality features.
Camera access is required to:
Recognize supported AR cards or images.
Display augmented reality content.
Scan a license QR code when the user chooses to use QR activation.
The camera image used for augmented reality processing is not stored by us or uploaded to our servers as part of normal AR operation.
The application may also allow the user to take or save a picture.
Pictures saved by the user remain locally on the user's device and are not uploaded to our servers or PlayFab by Imudar4D+.
The application may also use the device flashlight to improve camera visibility during AR use.
Imudar4D+ does not intentionally collect the following information as part of its current functionality:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Username or password
Precise geographical location
Contacts
Financial information
Messages
Audio recordings
Photos or videos uploaded to our servers
Advertising information for targeted advertising
The application does not provide users with a personal account creation system.
The limited information collected by Imudar4D+ is used to:
Verify license codes.
Activate access to the application.
Associate a license with an authorized device.
Prevent unauthorized use or reuse of license codes.
Maintain the security and proper operation of the license system.
We do not use device identifiers for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing.
Imudar4D+ uses third-party technologies necessary to provide its functionality.
PlayFab is used as the backend service for license verification, device association, and related application data.
The device identifier and license information required for the license system are transmitted to PlayFab.
Vuforia is used to provide augmented reality functionality using the device camera.
Imudar4D+ is developed using the Unity game engine.
Third-party services may process technical information according to their own privacy policies and applicable privacy and security requirements.
We do not sell user data.
We do not share collected device identifiers with advertisers or marketing companies.
Service providers such as PlayFab process information on our behalf where necessary to operate the application and license system.
Data transmitted between Imudar4D+ and its backend services is sent using secure encrypted network connections.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The device identifier associated with a license may be retained for as long as necessary to operate the license system, maintain authorized access, and prevent unauthorized reuse of license codes.
Imudar4D+ does not currently provide an automated in-app data deletion feature.
