All information entered into the app is stored locally on the user's device.

4. PDF Reports and File Sharing

Expense Diary allows users to generate PDF reports containing their financial information.

• PDF reports are generated locally on the user's device.
• PDF files are not uploaded to our servers.
• Users may choose to save, export, print, or share PDF reports using applications available on their device.
• We do not receive, access, store, or monitor any shared PDF content.

5. Reminder Notifications

Expense Diary may send reminder notifications for tasks, diary entries, loan reminders, EMI reminders, or other schedules created by the user.

These notifications are generated locally on the device and are not connected to any external server.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, transfer, or disclose any user data to third parties.

All user information remains on the user's device unless the user manually exports or shares files.

7. Internet and Permissions

Expense Diary may request limited permissions required for application functionality, including:

• Notification permission for reminders and alerts
• Storage or file access permission for backup, restore, PDF generation, PDF saving, and PDF sharing features

These permissions are used solely to provide app functionality.

Expense Diary does not use these permissions to collect or transmit personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

Expense Diary does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external data collection services.

If Android system services, Google Play Services, file sharing applications, or device printing services are used by the operating system, their respective privacy policies may apply.

9. Multi-Language Support

Expense Diary may store the user's selected language preference locally on the device to improve user experience.

10. Children's Privacy

Expense Diary is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

Since no personal information is collected, stored on external servers, or shared by us, the app is generally safe for all users.
