This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Drama Reels: Mini Series (the "Application"), developed and published by WELLWIN DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is provided "AS IS". By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Definitions

Application / App refers to Drama Reels: Mini Series, the software program provided by the Company.

Viewing Activity and Preferences: The Application may process information about the short dramas, episodes, or other content you watch or interact with, including viewing progress, recently watched content, favorites, and content preferences. This information is used to provide the Application's features, remember your viewing progress, and improve your viewing experience.
Search and Interaction Information: Search terms, content selections, likes, favorites, and other interactions you make within the Application may be processed to provide relevant content and improve the Service.
App Preferences: Language choices, playback preferences, notification preferences, and other settings selected within the Application.
Feedback & Communications: Ratings, feedback, bug reports, inquiries, or support communications you submit directly.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
Device information, such as device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.
Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and analytics-related identifiers.
IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address, for analytics and service-optimization purposes.
Application usage data, including session start and end times, content viewed, viewing duration, features used, frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
This automatically collected information is used to improve application performance, monitor system reliability, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising, understand content usage, and enhance the overall user experience.
The Application does not use your device's camera or microphone, and does not collect precise real-time GPS location. Only coarse location derived from IP address may be collected for analytics, advertising, and service-optimization purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. To provide its features, the Application shares certain data with third-party services that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. These include:

Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, prevent abuse of the Service, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them except as necessary to provide their services, and have agreed to handle such information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Advertising
The Application is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements to serve, personalize where permitted, and measure ads.
You can manage or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also be provided with choices regarding personalized advertising.

Subscriptions and Premium Services
If premium features, subscriptions, virtual items, or paid content are offered within the Application, payments and billing are handled through the applicable store platform, such as Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect or store your full payment-card or payment-account credentials.
The Service Provider may receive and process information relating to purchases and subscriptions, such as transaction status, product or subscription purchased, purchase time, subscription status, renewal status, and expiration date, in order to verify purchases and manage access to premium features or paid content.
Content and Viewing History
The Application may store or process information relating to the short dramas, episodes, and other content you view, including your viewing history and playback progress. This information may be used to allow you to continue watching content, maintain your preferences and favorites, improve content organization, and enhance the overall viewing experience.
Where applicable, this information may also be used in aggregated or de-identified form to understand content popularity and improve the Service.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the Application may send notifications relating to new content, episode releases, application updates, promotions, or other Service-related information.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings. The Application may use a third-party notification service to deliver notifications, which may process device-related identifiers necessary for message delivery.
Data Retention
The Service Provider retains User-Provided data for as long as necessary to provide the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Automatically collected information may be retained for up to 24 months, after which it may be deleted or stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics and service-improvement purposes.
Viewing history, preferences, favorites, and playback progress may be retained as necessary to provide these features. To request deletion of data you have provided, contact the Service Provider at the email below.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit personal information from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at the email below.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of your information and maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the information it processes and maintains, including limiting access to authorized personnel and service providers where appropriate.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
