My name is Md. Polash Howlader, and I’m currently serving as an IoT Project Manager at 2RA Technology Limited.
I joined this company about eight years ago as a Support Engineer, and over time, I’ve grown into a key role managing IoT-based automation projects. Working in a compact yet dynamic environment has allowed me to wear many hats — from coding, system design, and project flow development to timeline management, client support, financial oversight, and even business development.
Before joining 2RA, I spent two years working as a Network Engineer and System Administrator, where I gained solid experience in both Linux and Windows environments. That company maintained multiple development and production servers, supporting over 30 software developers — a challenging and rewarding phase that sharpened my technical and administrative expertise.
Before entering full-time professional life, I spent around eight to nine years blending education and part-time work, gaining diverse skills in Graphics Design, Web Design, SEO, and Office Management.
Academically, I completed my SSC in 2005 and HSC in 2007, later earning both Honors and Master’s degrees in Marketing from Govt. Syed Hatim Ali University, Barishal.
Through every stage of my journey — from creative design to complex IoT systems — I’ve carried one belief with me:
