At Polaroidly, we make sure your memories reach you safely! Being a student-run startup based in Lucknow, we offer special perks for our local community.

1️⃣ FREE Delivery Zones (Student Special! 🎓) We offer 0% Delivery Charges for the following locations:

• 📍 Gomti Nagar: (Home delivery available)

• 🏫 College Campus Drops: We deliver for free to main gates/meet-up points at:

  • SRMU/SRMCEM

  • BBD University

  • Goel Institute

  • Amity University (Lucknow)

2️⃣ Rest of Lucknow (Local Delivery) For all other areas in Lucknow (outside the free zones), we use instant delivery services to get your prints to you fast.

• Carriers: Porter, Rapido, or Uber Flash.

• Cost: At Actuals. (Whatever price is shown on the rider app at the time of booking).

• Payment: The delivery cost must be paid at the time of order booking along with the product price.

3️⃣ Outside Lucknow (Pan-India) Living in another city? No problem! We ship nationwide.

• Carriers: India Post or Delhivery.

• Cost: Depends on your location (distance) and package weight.

• Timeline: Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days.

• Payment: Shipping charges are calculated and added to your total bill before you pay.

⚠️ Important Note: Since shipping rates vary based on distance (for local apps) and weight (for couriers), we do not add a markup. You pay exactly what the delivery company charges us.
