Polari's Community Teacher Crew (CTC) is a group of Polaris families, community members, and staff teaming up to make our school even more awesome. We focus on organizing fun community-building events, raising money to support our school, and showing appreciation for our amazing teachers and staff.
Each year, we raise about $20,000, all of it going straight back to Polaris to support classrooms, student programs, and community-building efforts.

2025/2026 Funding
So far this school year, our community has raised more than $11,500 for Polaris. Here’s a look at what that support has already made possible:
$800+ toward classroom updates, including bookshelves, storage benches, and tennis balls for those squeaky chair legs.
$3,800+ to restock and update PE equipment.
$400+ for elementary math intervention tools.

2024/2025 Funding
In the 2024/2025 school year, our amazing community raised over $20,000 for Polaris! Using the money raised and reserves from past years, the CTC put over $28,500 into supporting our students, teachers, and school. Here is some of how that money was used:
$11,000 towards our media and music room revamping
$6,000+ went towards supplies for our classrooms, clubs, and student projects
$4,750+ for Eco Week fees and transportation for our 4th and 5th grade crews
$1,488 for a new penguin mascot costume

The Community Teacher Crew (CTC) is a group of families, community members, teachers, and staff working together to support students, families, and staff to enhance their Polaris experience. We coordinate fundraisers, events, teacher appreciation efforts, and more!
Who can be part of CTC?
Who can be part of CTC?
All Polaris parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, staff, and students are encouraged to be part of the CTC! There are no commitments, just a shared desire to support our school.
When and where are the CTC meetings?

We typically meet at 6:00 PM on the first Tuesday of the month at a locally owned business. You can find the date and location of our next meeting in the footer of this website. Meetings are open to all, come join us!
