About the CTC

In the 2025/2026 school year, our amazing community raised over $19,000 for Polaris! Here is some of how that money was used:

• $3,800+ to restock and update PE equipment. 

• $2,200+ toward classroom and school equipment, including bookshelves, partition draping, storage benches, and tennis balls for those squeaky chair legs.

• $1,500+ for clubs, field work, and incentives to support activities like K-5 field trip to see the Shrek musical, French treats for the French club, and Parkour class for fitness intensive.

• $1,500+ for teaching and learning supplies such as decodable books and math intervention tools.

• $2,000+ on community events like The Lyric Movie Night and Fun Night.

In the 2024/2025 school year, our amazing community raised over $20,000 for Polaris! Using the money raised and reserves from past years, the CTC put over $28,500 into supporting our students, teachers, and school. Here is some of how that money was used:

• $11,000 towards our media and music room revamping

• $6,000+ went towards supplies for our classrooms, clubs, and student projects

• $4,750+ for Eco Week fees and transportation for our 4th and 5th grade crews

• $1,488 for a new penguin mascot costume

• And much more!
