Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
PokerNight is developed by Nicodemo Fuda. This policy explains how PokerNight handles your information. In short: your data stays yours.
No Developer Data Collection
PokerNight does not collect, sell, share, or use your personal information for advertising or tracking. The developer does not have access to the information you enter into the app. There are no accounts to create and nothing to sign up for.
Where Your Data Is Stored
The information you enter in PokerNight, including players, games, tournaments, buy-ins, payouts, chip values, notes, reminders, and selected contact details, is stored locally on your device.
Optional iCloud Sync
If you choose to turn on iCloud sync, your PokerNight data is synced through your own personal Apple iCloud account so it can appear on your other devices. In this case, your data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy and security terms within your own account. The developer of PokerNight never has access to this data. iCloud sync is optional and is off unless you enable it.
Contacts
If you use the “From Contacts” feature, PokerNight lets you choose a contact from your device to create a player. The selected contact details are saved only in PokerNight on your device, or in your private iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled.
No Tracking or Advertising
PokerNight contains no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Children’s Privacy
PokerNight is not directed to children. PokerNight does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains in PokerNight until you edit or delete it, restore a backup, delete the app, or remove the data from iCloud. You can turn off iCloud sync in PokerNight settings.
Changes to This Policy
