You have three starters to pick from 

-Beat Team plasma sages there and go back to looker to start the second Mission.

-In the second mission you will have a double battle with Hugh against The sages when you beat them, go back to looker.

-In the final mission you need to beat the remaining sages and make your way to the castle.

-Talk to your sisters first, then battle the new team plasma leader.

-After beating the final boss, you have two choices:

-Hero of unova (True ending)

-Leader of team plasma (Alternative ending) you will go back to the point before facing the final boss.

-Report back to looker to start the postgame on North island

-(Optional) You can now get your old Pokémon From Pokémon Nebula 1 in the Pokemon lab 

-(Optional) beat all universal guardians in an extreme challenge for a lot of money

-(Optional) beat the final challenge to get 30 darkballs

-Talk to the sailor to start your mission in North island 

-Meet professor juniper in the lab (Azure town) and she wants you to investigate whether team snagem is on the island or not 

-Start by investigating the cave in the east of Azure town.

-If you tell Juniper that the team Snagem is there, Gonzap will be arrested

-If you tell Juniper that team snagem isn't there, Gonzap will remain in the hideout

-Report back to Professor Juniper, and she's going to ask you to terminate team cipher when you beat them 

-Looker's quest is to arrest all criminals 

-Juniper's quest is to banish them to the distortion world

-Your choices will define the legendary encounters you get after beating the team cipher

-Make your way to Route 11 until you encounter the first team cipher admin

-You need to beat his henchmen first in order to face him

-Your next destination is Frosthaven Town, where you face the second team cipher admin 

-Next is Blazebrook town, where you battle the third admin

-Go back to Frosthaven Town in order to access Route 14 

-Voltforge town is the last town where you meet the last admin 

-Travel to Route 15 until you see a wormhole at the top of the route

-Beat the leader and report back to either Looker or Juniper (depends on your choices)

-At the end you will get the legendary encounters all over the north island

In postgame you can encounter these legendary pokemon after defeating Nascour and reporting back to either Looker or Juniper (It depends who

calls you in the end)
