Discord is a free voice, video, and text chat app for ages 13 and up. We are using it to create a Server which is dedicated to those playing Pokemon Go in Wiltshire. We have channels for raids, research, bragging and general chats. We also use bots to help aid the Pokemon Go experience (view bots here). One of which is custom built for the server.
