Pokemon Ultra Moon Download Citra

hi all, ive been trying to dowload pokemon ultra moon for citra but it wont let me load the game,it says something about the rom being encrypted. after dowloading from multiple websites it still say the same but other games like pokemon x works just fine does anybody know how to fix this? im on android.
