ButtahsApps operates the Pokedex watch face application
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy outlines our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Application.
We believe in absolute privacy. Pokedex does not collect, transmit, store, or log any personal data or usage metrics.
No Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or device identifiers.
No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising frameworks.
No Health or Fitness Storage: Any health metrics displayed on the watch face (such as step counts, heart rate, or calories) are processed locally on your device in real-time and are never stored by us or sent to external servers.
To function properly, the Application may request permission to access certain features on your smartwatch or connected phone (e.g., location for weather updates, health sensor data for step counts, or battery status).
Local Processing Only: All data accessed via device permissions stays entirely on your device.
Weather Data: If the watch face displays weather information, your general location may be used temporarily to fetch local weather reports. This location data is processed ephemeral-style and is never saved, tracked, or linked to your identity.
Because we do not use third-party tools, ad networks, or analytics services within the Application, no third parties have access to your information through our app.
Note: Downloading the Application through official app stores (such as the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Garmin Connect IQ) may involve data collection by those platforms. That collection is governed by the privacy policy of the respective platform provider.
Our Application does not address or target anyone under the age of 13. Because we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
