Rules and Conditions

1. All orders largely follow first come first serve. There are certain exceptions.

2. We will determine the stat/refine/transaction places. (Certain places like gb will be decided with buyer agreement).

3. Failed stats with intended positive stats in tact counts as a successful stat

4. We'd appreciate if you can patiently await your turn.

5. If your gamble stat failed, you must still purchase the stated equipment.

6. You may cancel an order if we have not started on it yet. If the order is already in process, you have to purchase whatever is currently completed. (For potions/farming)

7. We DO NOT provide insurance for any of our services.

8. Unless the buyer is well known, we refuse transactions via gift.

9. Obviously, anything that goes against Toram's rules is against our rules.

10. We do not shout our services in game. Inform us if you see someone with similar names doing so asap.
