I love where I live and I have many wonderful neighbors, but in my experience the current state of Building A. is problematic, the HOA's Board and Bayside Management have been unresponsive. An unsanitary event with raw sewage that impacted at least four units on February 5, 2019, has gone undiagnosed and unaddressed.
I'm not sharing my experience to discourage buyers, I only wish someone had disclosed the history of long-standing problems with the HOA's Board and Management Company with me before I invested in my home purchase in November 2017.
