• Nov–April: $375 Nightly / $400 Weekend/Holiday Night / $2100 Weekly (Minimum stay: 2 nights)
• May 1-June 24 (Festival of the Birds): $425 Nightly / $475 Weekend/Holiday Night /$2400 Weekly (Minimum stay: 3 nights)
• June 25–Sept 6 (Summer): $475 Nightly / $525 Weekend/Holiday Night / $3200 Weekly (Minimum stay: 5 nights)
• Sept 6–Oct 31 (Fall Winery and Harvest Season): $425 Nightly / $475 Weekend/Holiday Night / $2400 Weekly (Minimum stay: 3 nights)
Fees & Taxes:
• Cleaning Fee: $200
• Taxes: 13% HST will be charged
Payment & Deposit Terms:
• Security Deposit: $300 due upon booking (fully refunded after stay)
• Deposit Schedule: 20% due upon booking; remaining balance due 30 days before arrival
• Payment Method: Interac E-transfer
Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund if cancelled 60 days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in
