Our highly structured, methodical three-session series teaches students how to think strategically about their careers — not just how to get a job. Across three one-hour meetings, students learn to evaluate potential employers like investors, communicate their value with executive-level clarity, and open doors through thoughtful, targeted outreach. Each session builds a lifelong skillset that helps students identify opportunity, build access, and make smarter career decisions.
Session 1: How to Evaluate Potential Employers
Most people pick jobs by name recognition or convenience. Students learn how to assess potential employers with a sharper, more strategic lens — understanding which companies are positioned to grow and which may not be worth the investment of their time.
We will discuss what fields and roles the student is curious about and build a shortlist of companies using our investor-minded approach
Session 2: Communicate with Clarity
Students develop the ability to express their goals and value with the precision and confidence a business leader - a skill that strengthens every professional interaction.
We will reshape their online presence, teach how to articulate who they are and what they're aiming for in a refined story that resonates with business leaders and can be used in outreach, networking, and professional conversations
Session 3: Opening Doors
Students learn how to identify decision makers and reach them directly to create opportunities. Cold outreach that focuses on authenticity, impact, and board-level DNA to separate themselves from the pack.
We will build break-in emails together, teach follow-ups and ask mechanics, and coach on responses
