There are two ways to delete your PodiPet account and associated data.
Open PodiPet → Settings or Profile → Delete Account → confirm.
This will close your account; pet, coin balance, friendship, and message records will be deleted or made inaccessible.

Subject: PodiPet Account Deletion
Please include the email address registered to your account in the email. After verifying the request, we will delete the account and associated data.
Processing time: generally within 7 days.
Canceling a Google Play or App Store subscription is a separate process. For Podi Plus, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on your device (or Settings → Subscriptions on Apple).
Your card information is not provided to us; payments are processed through the respective app store.
Except for records that need to be retained for legal requirements or security investigations, deletion is permanent.
