This micro podcast is perfect for those with youth in their life, either professionally or otherwise! Most forget what it's like to be young, what each phase brings and how it feels. SterlingHeir is here to remind you about that perspective. His mature disposition gives him the ability to clearly communicate some of the different facets of what bother those younger and why it should be taken seriously, as well as questions that linger and interests that don't wish to be ignored. Like anyone, he knows that learning is better with some shared humor. Young and old, he can reach out with understanding.

In comes MoonMama. As a mother and a history of working as a youth/child advocate for nearly 8 years, her nature is to understand those younger and give them an adult voice. She is able to recall those younger urges and feelings, relate to them, and is able to translate them from childhood tendencies to how they play an important role in growing up. By taking this narrative on behalf of those younger, it gives them the much needed adult voice to explain to other adults their side; like anyone, it's easier to respect the opinion of one of your peers.

With both of these perfect storms colliding, they hope to blow away any misunderstandings that are in your path. The goal is not to make everyone agree, just to understand one another as we all take this journey together.
