These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the POCOPOM mobile application (“POCOPOM,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provided by Whitebreeze.
By downloading, accessing, or using POCOPOM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
POCOPOM is a virtual pet game where users can raise and interact with characters, collect items, customize environments, play mini-games, and enjoy other game features.
Features, content, characters, items, and gameplay systems may be added, changed, balanced, or removed as the App evolves.
You may use POCOPOM only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game behavior
Modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App except where permitted by applicable law
Use automated tools or other methods to manipulate gameplay, rewards, purchases, or other features
Use the App in a manner that infringes the rights of others
POCOPOM may include game progress, characters, virtual items, in-game currency, environments, collectibles, unlockable content, and other digital content.
Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value unless otherwise required by applicable law.
They may not be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App unless a specific feature expressly permits it.
We may adjust game balance, rewards, item availability, progression requirements, or other gameplay systems when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, or update the App.
Game progress may be stored locally on your device and, where supported, may also use cloud-based storage or synchronization features.
We do not guarantee that game progress or locally stored data can always be recovered following device loss, device replacement, deletion of the App, data corruption, technical failure, or other circumstances.
Where restoration or synchronization functionality is provided, its availability may depend on your device, operating system, account settings, network connection, or third-party services.
POCOPOM may offer optional in-app purchases for digital content or features.
Purchases made through the iOS version of POCOPOM are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Payment, billing, refunds, and related purchase matters are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
We do not directly receive or store your payment card information.
Where supported, eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored using the App Store’s purchase restoration functionality.
POCOPOM may display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements.
Some optional game benefits may be provided in exchange for viewing rewarded advertisements.
The availability, frequency, format, and rewards associated with advertisements may change as the App is updated.
Advertising services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
POCOPOM may receive updates that add, modify, rebalance, replace, or remove features and content.
Updates may include:
New characters
New items and environments
Gameplay adjustments
New mini-games
Balance changes
Bug fixes
Performance improvements
Compatibility updates
Security improvements
We may make reasonable changes when necessary to maintain or improve the App.
POCOPOM and its original content, including its characters, artwork, graphics, animations, game design, interface elements, text, logos, sounds, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Whitebreeze and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit POCOPOM content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for using POCOPOM appropriately.
You must not intentionally attempt to damage, overload, disrupt, manipulate, or compromise the App or its related services.
You must not use cheats, unauthorized modifications, automated scripts, exploits, or other methods intended to obtain an unfair or unintended advantage.
POCOPOM may rely on third-party services for features such as:
Advertising
In-app purchases
Cloud storage or synchronization
Crash reporting
Diagnostics and performance monitoring
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
We aim to keep POCOPOM available and functioning properly, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The App or individual features may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network conditions, platform changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
POCOPOM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruptions, errors, bugs, or compatibility issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whitebreeze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use POCOPOM.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using POCOPOM at any time by deleting the App.
We may restrict or terminate access to certain features where reasonably necessary because of serious violations of these Terms, misuse of the App, security concerns, fraud, or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms as POCOPOM, applicable laws, or platform requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised.
Your continued use of the App following an update is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable to you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
