This Privacy Policy explains how PocketRoyale (“PocketRoyale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the mobile games and applications that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Apps”).
This Privacy Policy currently applies to:
Blackjack, a casual card game that uses fictional in-game coins only. It does not offer real-money gambling, real-money betting, payments, withdrawals, cash-out, or real-money rewards.
3D 2048, a spatial number puzzle game.
If an App provides an additional privacy notice for a particular feature, that notice also applies to that feature.
You do not need to create an account to play the Apps.
Depending on the App, gameplay information and preferences may be stored locally on your device, including:
Saved game progress and current game state
Scores, best scores, statistics, milestones, and goals
Fictional in-game currency or bonus timing
Selected difficulty or game mode
Undo, rescue, or similar gameplay state
Theme, sound, mute, and other settings
Information used to determine when the Google Play in-app review flow may be requested
For 3D 2048, local data includes the board, score, difficulty, best scores, tile goals, undo and rescue state, move-pressure state, theme preference, and sound preference.
For Blackjack, local data may include the fictional coin balance, betting and game progress, game statistics, sound or mute preference, and free-bonus timing.
This locally stored information is used to operate the relevant App and is not sent to PocketRoyale. It normally remains on your device until you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or reset your device.
The Apps may display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements.
We use third-party advertising, mediation, consent, and platform services, including:
Unity LevelPlay / ironSource
Unity Ads
Google AdMob
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Google Play In-App Review
These services and the advertising partners available through them may automatically collect, receive, use, or share information for advertising, ad delivery, consent management, analytics, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
Depending on the service, device, region, privacy choices, and ad availability, this information may include:
IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
Advertising ID, app set ID, and similar device or app identifiers
Device type, operating system, language, and App information
App launches, taps, ad views, video views, and other interactions
Ad performance and attribution information
Diagnostic information, such as launch time, performance, hangs, and SDK errors
Fraud-prevention and security information
Consent status and privacy choices
Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

PocketRoyale does not sell personal information for money. However, some advertising activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, the Apps provide consent or opt-out controls.
Where required, an App may present a consent message using Google UMP before advertising services are initialized.
Available choices depend on your location and the requirements that apply there.
If the App displays a Privacy Choices button, you can use it to reopen the available privacy options.
You can also reset or limit use of the advertising ID through your Android device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
The availability of personalized or non-personalized advertisements is determined by applicable law, your choices, device settings, and the advertising providers.
Some Apps offer optional rewarded advertisements. You choose whether to watch a rewarded advertisement.
A reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports that the required viewing conditions were completed.
Rewards are limited to the relevant App. For example:
Blackjack may grant fictional in-game coins.
3D 2048 may grant an undo or one-time rescue.
Rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or anything outside the App.
Information may be used to:
Operate gameplay features and save local progress
Remember preferences
Deliver and manage advertisements
Provide optional rewarded advertisements
Record and respect consent and privacy choices
Measure advertising performance and attribution
Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or invalid traffic
Diagnose technical problems and improve stability and performance
Provide platform features such as the Google Play in-app review flow
Comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements
Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, the performance of services you request, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as securing and operating the Apps.
Third-party providers may rely on their own legal bases as described in their privacy notices.
Information may be shared with:
Advertising networks
Advertising mediation providers
Consent-management providers
Platform providers
Security and fraud-prevention providers
Government authorities or other parties when required by law
These parties receive information for purposes such as operating the Apps, delivering and measuring advertisements, respecting privacy choices, preventing fraud, providing platform functionality, or meeting legal obligations.
PocketRoyale does not currently operate user accounts, cloud saves, user-to-user communication, or its own remote gameplay analytics for the Apps covered by this Privacy Policy.
Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until it is:
Overwritten through normal gameplay
Removed through an in-App reset, where available
Cleared through your device settings
Removed when you uninstall the App
Advertising, consent, diagnostic, and platform-related information may be retained by third-party providers according to their own retention policies.
Because the Apps do not require accounts, PocketRoyale normally cannot identify data stored only on your device or associate a particular provider’s pseudonymous advertising data with you.

We will respond as required by applicable law and will explain when data is controlled only by your device or a third-party provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
Request access to your personal information

Withdraw consent
Request data portability, where applicable
Appeal a privacy-related decision, where applicable
You may exercise available in-App privacy choices, use your device’s advertising privacy controls, contact the relevant third-party provider, or contact PocketRoyale at 1tippeapps1@gmail.com.
You may also have the right to submit a complaint to your local data-protection authority.
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Where required, the relevant provider or PocketRoyale uses an appropriate legal basis or transfer mechanism.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information handled directly by the Apps.
Third-party providers are responsible for protecting information they process under their own policies.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Apps, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change.
We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are published.
Material changes may also be communicated through the Apps or their store listings when appropriate.
