This Privacy Policy describes how the "Pocket Pro" application ("the App") handles your information.

1. Data Collection and Storage

The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.

All data you enter into the App, including financial information, expense records, and custom settings, is stored locally on your device using local database solutions and device preferences.

2. Permissions We Request

To provide its core functionality, the App may request the following permissions on your device:

• Camera and Photo Library Access: We request this permission to allow you to take photos of receipts or select existing images from your gallery to attach to your expense records. These images are saved locally on your device and are never uploaded to any cloud service or server by the App.

• Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint): We request access to your device's biometric authentication system to provide an extra layer of security for your financial data. The App relies on the device's native secure enclave to verify your identity. We do not have access to, nor do we collect or store, your actual biometric data (such as your fingerprint or face scan).

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services. Your usage behavior and data remain completely private and are not shared with any third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you maintain complete control over it. Your data is retained for as long as you keep the App installed on your device.

To delete all your data, you can simply:

• Clear the App's data from your device settings.

• Uninstall the App. (Note: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your expense records and attached receipts. Please ensure you have backed up any important information manually if needed.)

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes to how we handle your data or permissions, we will notify you within the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
