Overview 

PocketPDF - All Doc Reader ("the App") is built as a free app. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and use. 

Local-Only Processing 

All document processing, viewing, and file access happens only on your device. We do not collect, upload, or store your files, documents, or personal content on any external server. 

Permissions

• Storage Access: Required to scan, read, and display documents on your device. We will not obtain or collect any files from your device.

• Camera Access: Used for document scanning via Google ML Kit. No images or personal data will be collected or shared without your consent.

Third-Party Services 

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

These services may collect anonymous, non-identifiable usage data. This data is never tied to you individually. 

Data We Do NOT Collect 

We do not collect your name, email address, location, phone number, or file contents. We do not share personal user data with any third party. 

Children's Privacy 

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. 

YouTube API Services 

PocketPDF and its related internal tools use YouTube API Services to upload our self-produced video content (such as promotional and advertising videos) to our own YouTube channel.

• Our tools do not access, collect, or store any third-party YouTube user data. The only data processed are our own video files and the video IDs returned by YouTube after upload.

• Stored authorization credentials (OAuth tokens) grant access only to our own YouTube channel and are kept on our secure internal server.

• You can revoke this access at any time via Google security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

• For data deletion requests, contact us and we will delete the relevant data within 7 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
