Bright Fox Labs ("we", "us", or "our") built Pocket Ludo as an ad-supported game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, why it is collected, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you.
By using Pocket Ludo, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Note: Pocket Ludo was previously published by Apps Everyone. Bright Fox Labs is the same operator under a new studio name and continues to be responsible for the app and the data described in this policy.
You can play Pocket Ludo offline without providing any personal information.
We do not collect your phone number, contacts, location, photos, or files.
We do not sell your personal data.
Online multiplayer, advertising, analytics, and crash reporting require limited data collection as described below.
The following information remains only on your device:
Game settings
Coin balance
Unlocked board themes
Achievements
Local statistics
This information is never uploaded unless you use online features. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
The first time you open the app, an anonymous Firebase Authentication account is created.
This generates:
Anonymous Firebase User ID
This identifier allows us to store:
Coins
Rating
Match history
It is not linked to your name or email address unless you choose to sign in with Google.
If you choose Link Google Account, we collect:
Google account name
Google email address
This allows your game progress to sync across devices.
Google Sign-In is completely optional. The game works normally without it.
When using online multiplayer, we collect:
Display name
Selected avatar number
Match results
Finishing position
Captures
Coins earned
Rating changes
Disconnect status
This information is visible to other players where appropriate, such as on leaderboards.
In release versions of the app, we automatically collect limited diagnostic information including:
Game events (such as starting a game or viewing an advertisement)
Device model
Operating system version
App version
Approximate region
Crash reports
Stack traces
Device state at the time of a crash
When advertisements are displayed, Google AdMob may collect:
Advertising ID
Ad interaction information
This information is handled by Google according to its own privacy policies.

Third-party providers may process information only for the services they provide and are required to protect that information.
Pocket Ludo displays banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads using Google AdMob.
Where required by law (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), Google will present a consent form when the app is first opened.
If you decline personalised advertising, advertisements will still be shown but they will not be personalised.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Rewarded advertisements are always optional. Watching them is entirely your choice.
If an error occurs while using the app, our service providers may automatically collect information including:
IP address
Device name
Operating system version
App configuration
Date and time of use
This information helps diagnose technical problems.
Pocket Ludo does not use cookies directly.
However, third-party services used by the app may use cookies or similar technologies to improve their services.
Pocket Ludo is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
We retain:
Account information while your account exists.
Match history while your account exists.
Analytics and crash reports according to Google's retention policies.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your account and associated match history.
You may choose to:
Play completely offline.
Keep your account anonymous by not linking Google.
Enable or disable sound, music, and vibration in Settings.
Reset your Advertising ID from your device settings.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
Uninstall the app to remove locally stored information.
We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information.
These include:
HTTPS/TLS encryption
Restricted server access
Restricted database access
Although we take appropriate precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Pocket Ludo may contain links to third-party websites, including advertising partners.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

Any updates will appear on this page with a revised Last updated date.
Where appropriate, significant changes will also be announced within the app.
