This Privacy Policy describes how PocketLedger: Sub Tracker ("PocketLedger," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using PocketLedger, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the App.
Account Information: Email address, first name, and last name when you create an account.
Subscription Data: Details of subscriptions you manually enter or track within the App (subscription names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories).
Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for customer support.
Usage Data: App feature interactions, screens visited, session duration, crash logs, and performance data.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFV), language settings, and timezone.
Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier, and connection type.

PocketLedger may offer auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before any price increase takes effect.
Subscription terms are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and App Store terms.
PocketLedger respects your privacy choices under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
If PocketLedger displays advertisements, we may use Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. No personally identifiable information is shared with advertisers. If third-party ad networks are used, their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
Analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics is anonymized and aggregated. We do not use analytics data to personally identify you. You may opt out of analytics data collection by contacting us.
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specific retention periods are as follows:
Account Information: For the duration of your account plus up to 24 months after account closure.
Subscription and Purchase Records: Up to 36 months for financial record-keeping and legal compliance.
Customer Support Data: Up to 24 months from the date of ticket closure.
Usage Data and Analytics: Up to 24 months in identifiable form; anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
Crash Logs: Up to 12 months for debugging and stability improvements.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies in encrypted backups follow our routine backup deletion schedule.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
You may update or correct your account information at any time through the App's account settings.
You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data. You can do this by:

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your Personal Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or by contacting us. Transactional communications related to your account or subscriptions are not subject to opt-out.

PocketLedger is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. Upon verification, we will promptly delete such information.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every third-party service you interact with.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
