Privacy Policy for Pocket Games

This Privacy Policy describes how Pocket Games ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.

Pocket Games is a general-audience arcade and puzzle game app, intended for a broad audience including teens and adults. The App is not directed primarily at children.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account creation, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information.

The App stores certain information locally on your device, including:

• Your coin balance and in-game currency

• Your progress, high scores, and completed levels for each game

• Your unlocked achievements

• Your Pocky mascot customization choices (equipped hats, glasses, suits, and accessories purchased in the in-app shop)

• Your app settings (sound, music, haptics, and language preferences)

This locally stored information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party by Pocket Games directly. If you uninstall the App, this information is deleted.

2. Advertising

Pocket Games displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google. To deliver and measure ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain technical information, which can include:

• Device identifiers (such as the advertising ID)

• IP address (used to estimate general location)

• App usage and interaction data related to ads

• Diagnostic and crash information

This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Pocket Games does not control how Google uses this data beyond serving and measuring ads within the App.

Ad personalization choices: Depending on your device and region, you may be able to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings (for example, under Settings → Privacy on iOS, or Settings → Ads on Android).

3. In-App Purchases

Pocket Games offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play's billing systems. We do not receive or store your payment information — Apple and Google handle all billing details directly under their own privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements (see Section 2 above)

We do not currently use any analytics or tracking services beyond what is described above. If this changes in a future update of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the new functionality before that update is made available, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.

5. Children's Privacy

Pocket Games is a general-audience app intended for teens and adults and is not directed primarily at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below so we can address the issue.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all gameplay data is stored locally on your device, you can delete this information at any time by uninstalling the App. We do not retain copies of this data on any server.

7. Your Choices

• You can disable ad personalization through your device settings as described in Section 2.

• You can clear all locally stored app data by uninstalling the App.

• You can purchase the ad-removal option to stop ads from displaying entirely.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or services to the App. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
