Pocket Games ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when you use the Pocket Games mobile application (the "App").
Account information. If you choose to create an account or sign in, we collect your name and email address. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password.
If you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose "Hide My Email". In that case we only receive a private relay address provided by Apple — we never see your real email address.
Display name. You can set or edit your display name in the App at any time.
Guest mode. Creating an account is optional. You can play all games as a guest without providing any personal information.
When you use Pocket Games, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the app, including:
Device information (device model, operating system version)
App usage information
Crash reports and diagnostics
Advertising identifiers
Performance and analytics data
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, camera, or health data. Game settings and progress are stored locally on your device.
Pocket Games displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These advertising partners may collect and use certain information to provide personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
Your choices:
On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking occurs. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity in other apps. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can opt out of ad personalization at Settings → Google → Ads, or reset/delete your advertising ID.
Ads in the App include Google's AdChoices controls, which let you report an ad or learn why you are seeing it.
The collected information may be used to:
Create and manage your account and profile
Provide and improve the gaming experience
Analyze app performance and usage
Fix bugs and crashes
Improve app stability and security
Display relevant advertisements
Develop new features and services
We do not sell your personal information.

Google Play Services
Your account data (name, email, sign-in provider, and account creation date) is stored securely with Google Firebase. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services for additional information.
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS/TLS) connections. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Pocket Games is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
Account data is retained while your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time inside the App: go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your authentication record and profile data from our systems and, for Apple sign-in, revokes your Sign in with Apple token.
Guest sessions can likewise be ended in the App, which removes the temporary account and its data.
Information collected through analytics, crash reporting, and advertising services may be retained for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
Request access to your information
Request correction of inaccurate information (you can edit your display name directly in the App)
Request deletion of information (you can delete your account directly in the App)
Withdraw consent where required by law (including tracking permission on iOS)

Acceptance. By downloading or using Pocket Games, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy above.
License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.
Accounts. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the App.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated means.
Ads. The App is free and supported by advertising provided by third-party partners such as Google AdMob.
Intellectual property. All content in the App (graphics, code, game designs, and branding) belongs to us or our licensors.
Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
