By downloading or using Pocket Currency (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Pocket Currency is a currency conversion and exchange rate utility app designed to help users convert amounts between currencies and view exchange rates in a clean, minimal interface. The App may include features such as:
Currency conversion (amount input → converted output)
Exchange rate viewing (live or periodically updated rates)
Favorites and recent currencies
Local history of conversions (stored on-device, if enabled)
Optional offline support using cached rates (if available)
Optional export/share features (for example, saving or sharing results via system share features, if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Pocket Currency is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions, such as:
Internet access (to fetch exchange rates and content)
Photos/Media/Storage access (only if the App provides save/export/share features that require file access)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and any content you choose to save or share from the App.
Pocket Currency provides exchange rate information for reference and convenience only and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Exchange rates may vary by provider and may be delayed or approximate. You are responsible for verifying rates with official sources when needed. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on the information shown in the App.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local history, cached data, or settings due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any mismatch, delays, or inaccuracies in exchange rate data or conversion results
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, rate providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms. We may also update the App itself (for example, new features, rate source changes, bug fixes, or UI changes).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
