POCKET CIVILIZATION - TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Pocket Civilization. By building your world with us, you agree to the following terms that govern our living simulation.

1. THE LIVING CONTRACT

Pocket Civilization is a strategy simulation that mirrors your daily life. By using this app, you become the Mayor of a digital society that relies on your physical activity, digital wellness, and geographical context to thrive.

2. YOUR ROLE AS MAYOR

- You are responsible for the growth and morale of your citizens.

- Your progress is fueled by real-world data (steps, location, and usage patterns).

- You agree to provide these data points via Health Connect, Location Services, and Usage Stats if you wish to utilize the full simulation features.

3. DATA PRIVACY & MAGIC

- Your physical steps are converted into building resources.

- Your geographical location determines your civilization's biome (e.g., Coastal, Desert, Forest).

- Your digital habits (screen time) influence the morale and productivity of your citizens.

- We process this data locally whenever possible. Please refer to our Data Safety notes for cloud-sync details.

4. DIPLOMACY & MULTIPLAYER

- When interacting with other Mayors (Alliances, Trade Offers, Treaties), you agree to conduct yourself with honor.

- All diplomatic relations are tracked via our cloud services to ensure a persistent multiplayer experience.

5. VIRTUAL GOODS & TREASURY

- The "Founders Pack," "Nature Boost," and other premium items are one-time digital entitlements.

- Purchases are processed via Google Play Billing and are non-refundable once applied to your civilization's state.

6. CITIZEN RIGHTS & DELETION

- You have the right to step down as Mayor at any time.

- Using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings will permanently remove your civilization profile, active treaties, and cloud-synced history from our servers.

7. DISASTERS & RESILIENCE

- The world is subject to random events (Earthquakes, Storms).

- We are not liable for any temporary loss of digital resources or morale caused by these simulated disasters.

By clicking "I Accept" or by continuing to build your city, you embrace the routine magic of Pocket Civilization.
