個人簡介 Biography
我於2014年與2017分別取得國立交通大學資訊工程學系學士與生醫工程研究所碩士,並於2024年取得國立陽明交通大學資訊科學與工程研究所博士學位。目前於國立陽明交通大學蕭子健副教授實驗室擔任博士後研究員。我專精於LabVIEW程式設計,並擁有CLAD與CLD證照。我的研究專注於人體試驗的生理訊號分析,研究興趣包含心率變異度分析、連續血壓訊號分析、呼吸訊號分析、非穩態訊號處理、非線性特徵擷取演算法與時間序列的亂度與複雜度分析等,尤其專精於經驗模態分解法為基礎之時間序列分析,包含時域,頻域與非線性指標分析。 此外,所有與人體實驗有關之研究皆有通過人體試驗委員會(IRB)通過,擁有豐富的撰寫IRB計畫的經驗。
I received my B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 2014 and 2017, respectively. In 2024, I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). Currently, I work as a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Associate Professor Tzu-Chien Hsiao at NYCU. I specialize in LabVIEW programming and hold both CLAD and CLD certifications. My research focuses on physiological signal analysis in human studies, with interests in heart rate variability, continuous blood pressure monitoring, respiratory signal analysis, nonstationary signal processing, nonlinear feature extraction, and complexity/entropy measures of time-series data. I have particular expertise in empirical mode decomposition (EMD)-based analysis, covering time-domain, frequency-domain, and nonlinear indices. All of my research projects related to human experiments have received IRB approval, and I have extensive experience writing IRB protocols.
