PNW Roller BATS, an all-BIPOC pickup team from the Pacific Northwest, was created to reclaim space in roller derby of Black, Indigenous, and skaters of color. We're here to compete with pride, challenge barriers, and uplift each other through community and accountability. Rooted in cultural respect and justice, we bring our full selves. We're not waiting for recognition - we're claiming it, together, one jam at a time.
PNW Roller BATS is a pick-up team open to skaters, coaches, skating and non-skating officials, and volunteers who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC) in the Pacific Northwest (e.g., Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and BC).
