Welcome to Surface Materials Laboratory!
Surface Materials Laboratory focuses on the development of advanced Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for emerging applications, including advanced semiconductor devices, high-efficiency and cost-effective energy storage and conversion systems, surface protection technologies, advanced nanopatterning and nanomaterial synthesis.
We aim to contribute to future industries by enhancing surface functionalities through a deep understanding of surface phenomena.
