About Us
At Piedras Negras Tortilla Factory, everything we do begins with family, tradition, and pride in our roots. Founded by our grandparents, Ana Maria and Beto Morales, in 1988 after immigrating from Piedras Negras, Mexico, our business was built on hard work, resilience, and a deep love for sharing authentic Mexican food with our community.
We specialize in handcrafted flour and corn tortillas made in-house daily, along with traditional favorites like barbacoa, carnitas, tamales, and house-made salsas. Our recipes and techniques have been passed down through generations, honoring the flavors and methods that define our culture. Every bite reflects the care, cleanliness, and quality that our family has stood by from the very beginning.
More than just a place to grab a meal, we strive to create a space where customers feel like part of the family—welcomed, valued, and connected to something meaningful. Whether you're stopping in for your weekly barbacoa or trying us for the first time, you’re experiencing a story of heritage, perseverance, and passion.
As we look toward the future, our mission remains the same: to honor our grandparents’ legacy while continuing to grow, serve, and share our culture with the next generation.
