P.N.S INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT has been established by the ADARSH SAMAJ KALYAN KENDRA is a registered under society act 21 of 1860 and is ASC of KSOU a state government University.

PNSITM is managed by ADARSH SAMAJ KALYAN KENDRA, Muzaffarpur, Bihar (INDIA). It is spread green land situated in pollution free, healthy and natural environment at a distance of 2 km from Muzaffarpur town on Muzaffarpur-Patna highway (NH-28) and 1 km north from Bhikhanpura place.

PNSITM is established to develop aspiring persons into young intelligent technocrats, with a view to accomplish vision, the management of PNSITM has developed excellent teaching, learning facilities and environment.

PNSITM is providing various courses runing from traditional programs like B.A, M.A., B.Com and M.Com (with specialization).

PNSITM also 'COUNSELLING CENTRE' of Swami Vivekananda University has their NCTE approval for their education programs like D.Ed/ B.Ed/ M.Ed & B.P.Ed.

The other courses include Law program (BCI approved), Nursing programs (INC approved), Pharmacy programs (PCI approved), Management Programs, Paramedical Programs, Fashion Designing & Mass Communication Programs etc.
