About Us
PnG is all about breaking generational curses & stigma around healthcare. Dental health is only a part of it. Something we specialize in with an experience amassed over decades.
Dr. Gurudev and Dr. Premila, Co-founders of PnG, believe strongly in revolutionizing the psychological & emotional experience of their patients.
Their approach, also coined as “SFD or Stress-Free Dentistry,” stands strong on creating a better dental healthcare experience for their patients or anyone who’s afraid of routine dental check-ups.
They’ve been running personal clinics since the early 2000s amassing a professional experience of nearly 2 decades.
Co-founder & Director of PnG, Dr. Premila, who’s also the face of the Clinic Design initiative, always pushed herself while running multiple experiments trying to create a more holistic and improved healthcare experience.
The question that keeps motivating her creativity-
“How do I ensure the most relaxed, effective, and optimized in-clinic experience for both my patients and my team?”
Thus began her journey.
She believes not only in creating a soothing and aesthetically pleasing clinic infrastructure, but also in training the in-house professionals mentally & emotionally to do what they do best.
Always knowing that she wanted to be a pediatric dentist, her experience with kids has shown her how difficult dental check-ups can be for the little ones, their parents, and also for her staff.
So she pushes for adding fun activities and the necessary infrastructure that can support that.
Slides, swings, toys, and games are made available so that the kids are engaged in activities that they like and are less stressed for their check-ups.
Also, having something to direct the kids towards on top of a well designed establishment allows the adults to be more relieved while they’re in the clinic as well.
After opening multiple establishments, PnG has moved forward in helping design third-party establishments as well as training professionals outside her team on how to create a better working environment & manage their mental well-being in a career that can be often taxing.
Dr. Gurudev and Dr. Premila are leading pioneers in their field. They’ve been recognized in multiple publications and magazines for their initiatives that go far beyond “work.”
Currently, based primarily in Bangalore, we can access their clinics in 2 main locations.
