Introduction:
This experiential session introduces participants to Tea Zen, a distinctive practice that integrates traditional tea culture with the principles of Chan (Zen) Buddhism.
Led by experienced practitioners, participants will engage in a mindful tea experience that emphasizes awareness, attentiveness, and the cultivation of inner calm. Through the preparation, sharing, and appreciation of tea, participants will gain insight into how Chan practice extends beyond formal meditation and can be expressed through everyday activities.
Suitable for participants of all backgrounds, this session offers a unique opportunity to explore the cultural, philosophical, and contemplative dimensions of tea within a living Buddhist tradition.
